Infrared Thermography

Some defects can't be seen by the human eye. An infrared camera can be used by a home inspector to detect areas of moisture within a home and detect active leaks.

Once identified, these areas are put through a rigorous examination with a moisture-metering device. This comprehensive evaluation is carried out by a home inspector who is proficient in infrared thermal technology and building science, ensuring a thorough inspection.

Our inspectors are Infrared Certified® through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors.
